What thread and fabric colors do you have?

THREAD COLORS

I have attached the digital color card to this article. (SEE THE DOWNLOAD SECTION OFF TO THE SIDE)

While every attempt is made to reproduce thread colors accurately, colors on your monitor or print out may not precisely match thread colors. Color names are for your reference only. When ordering please refer to each color by color number.

If you are wanting to have a near exact match, I highly recommend.

  1. purchasing a color card (I stock them, but they are commonly available all over - I use Madeira Polyneon threads.  OR
  2. Send me something in the color you are trying to match.  Paint chips are usually free and available at Walmart, Home Deopt, etc...

Tip:  Many local embroidery shops will have the color cards on hand.  If they have it, many will let you look at them for physical matching purposes.

FABRIC COLORS

I stock a set of standard colors for vest and sleeve fabric, for patches, and for vinyl's.  I do have add-ons in the shop for me to digitally print both fabric and the marine vinyl.  That opens the color choices up considerably since we are then only limited to our imaginations.  The color card for the fabrics are attached to this article.  ***(SEE THE DOWNLOAD SECTION OFF TO THE SIDE)***

If you do one of the digital print options and need an exact match, please send me something to color match as matching to computer screens is not wise.

I am also happy to use fabrics sent to me.  There is an article in the FAQ that goes over the address and the amount of fabric that I will need.

Here is a table that provides a list of the thread colors that are closest to the fabric colors above.  Some fabrics do not have 100% thread color matches, but the ones listed are all close.

Marine Vinyl:

Marine vinyl is a premium material upgrade designed for customers who need extra durability, easy cleaning, or weather resistance. This heavy‑duty upholstery vinyl is engineered to withstand sun exposure, moisture, and frequent use, making it ideal for outdoor gear, working dogs, and high‑wear environments. It’s made from waterproof PVC and treated to resist UV fading, mildew, and cracking, ensuring long‑lasting performance even in harsh conditions.

Please note that when marine vinyl is embroidered, the stitching naturally creates small holes, which reduces its fully waterproof status. Even so, it remains significantly more water‑resistant than standard fabrics.

Because this is a thick, rugged material, it can feel heavier and warmer when worn.
