If you’re creating a printed sleeve, please use the attached templates to design your layout. A pdf and PNG are attached in the download area.
A few important notes to help your design print and sew correctly:
- Snap Placement: The yellow dots mark where the snaps will be installed. Each snap is about ½" in size, so avoid placing text or important details too close to those areas - anything underneath a snap will be covered.
- Edge Clearance: Please leave at least 0.3-.4" of space around all edges. This allows room for sewing. Designs or text placed too close to the edge may be stitched over.
- Image Quality: Use high‑resolution artwork—300 dpi is best for crisp printing.
- Color Settings: Set your file to CMYK to ensure accurate color output.
- Center Fold Allowance: Leave at least 0.5" of blank space down the middle where the sleeve folds. This prevents bending or distortion of your text or artwork once the sleeve is assembled.
